Shipping Policy
Each artwork is carefully packaged for its journey to you. Please allow for the preparation or production time below, plus delivery time to your address.
Preparation and production times
- Original paintings: dispatched within 2–5 days.
- Rolled canvas prints and paper prints: made to order. Please allow 5–8 business days for production before dispatch.
- Framed canvas prints: made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for printing and framing before dispatch.
- Commissioned paintings: completion and dispatch timing is agreed individually.
These timeframes do not include transit time. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Australian delivery
Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $500. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
International delivery
Rolled canvas prints are available for international delivery. Timber-framed canvas prints are available for Australian delivery only.
For international delivery of original paintings, please contact us before ordering to discuss availability and obtain a shipping quote.
Local pickup
Local pickup from the Newcastle studio is available by arrangement for eligible orders. Framed canvas prints are not available for local pickup.

If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss the timing.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the artwork and packaging and contact us promptly through the website’s Contact page so we can help resolve the issue.
